1. Object Architecture & Relationships

• Standard Objects: Salesforceမှာ standard objectတွေ default နေနဲ့ပါပီးသားပါ e.g., Account, Contact, Opportunity, Case, etc..
• Custom Objects: Created by admins for custom data needs.
• Relationships:
  • Lookup ➞ Loose link (parent can exist without child).
  • Master-Detail ➞ Strong link (child depends on parent; roll-up summary possible).
  • Junction Object ➞ Many-to-many relationship using 2 master-detail fields.
• Record Types: Allow different business processes, picklist values, layouts for same object.

2. Fields & Page Layouts

• Create Fields: Choose data type, set field-level security, add to layouts.
• Delete Fields: Moves to recycle bin for 15 days, may cause data loss, can break reports, formulas, or integrations.
• Customize Layouts: Arrange fields, related lists, and sections for usability.
• Field Type Converting ကိုလဲသိထားသင့်တယ်။ ဥပမာ Auto Number type ကို Text typeပြောင်းရင် ဘာအကျိုးသက်ရောက်မှုတေရှိလဲမေးတတ်ပါတယ်။

3. Page Layouts, Record Types & Business Processes

• Page Layouts: Control what users see (fields, buttons, related lists).
• Record Types: Assign different layouts, picklists, processes by profile.
• Business Processes:
• Sales Process ➞ Opportunity stages.
• Support Process ➞ Case statuses.
• Lead Process ➞ Lead statuses.
• Solution Process ➞ Solution statuses.

4. Lightning App Builder

• Use: Build custom record pages, home pages, app pages.
• Drag-and-drop components (standard, custom, AppExchange).
• Visibility Rules: Show/hide components based on user profile, record type, field value.
• Best Practice: Use Lightning pages for modern UI instead of just page layouts.
